Brendan Art Prints complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.

If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles shall govern.

A) Definitions

  • Personal Data: Information that
    1. Is transferred from the EU/EEA or Switzerland to the United States
    2. Is recorded in any form
    3. Is about, or pertains to, a specific individual
    4. Can be linked to that individual
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Information revealing race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or health-related data.

B) Principles

Brendan Art Prints may receive Personal Data from its personnel, affiliates, and other parties in the EU/EEA. This may include names, addresses, email addresses, and payment information from customers, partners, consultants, employees, and job candidates.
