Brendan Art Prints complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland.

If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles shall govern.

A) Definitions

    4. Can be linked to that individual
